A combination of Champagne, Bucks Fizz , Kir Royale & Fresh Orange is served on arrival.

Hire of Venue for Wedding Service

Below are the usual room hire charges for the Chantry Suite

• Sunday to Thursday : £100
• Friday : £200
• Saturday : £300

Registrars Fee

The price of this package does not include the Registrars fee. As soon as you have made arrangements with us, you should contact the Essex County Council Registration Service in Brentwood to book a Registrar. The contact details are as follows:

Without the presence of a civil partnership registrar, there can be no marriage/civil partnership registration and any arrangement for the use of The Ivory Rooms depends entirely on their availability. Please see the Essex County Council website for more details about civil ceremony.

Hire of Venue for Evening Celebration

The total number of guests in the Chantry Suite must not exceed 150 at any time.
