Just wanted to say that we had a lovely meal and night out on Friday and everything from the food to the service was very exceptionally good. We will definitely be returning. I know people only write to complain, so I thought it would make a nice change to have a good email.
We came to the Ivory Rooms on Christmas Day for the 12.30 sitting. We were a party of 8 in the restaurant. I am writing on behalf of the entire family to say Thank you for serving us a beautiful meal. We have never enjoyed such a good feast on Christmas Day outside our own family homes. It is not an easy task to serve so many in such a short time and to keep your usual high standards throughout. We had a wonderful lunch – please pass on our congratulations and thanks to all the hard working staff.
Thank you all for making our day special. Everything went smoothly and we thoroughly enjoyed the day. We will definitely recommend The Ivory Rooms for celebrations
We would like to thank everyone involved with Natalie & Matthew’s Wedding on 23rd August 2010. We could not have asked for a more professional, efficient and friendly service from all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. Many of the guests commented on the quality of the food, which was excellent. Well done to you all for making it a perfect day. I am writing to thank you so much for the service provided by your staff when my daughter got married at your venue on 14/8/10. To say my expectations were exceeded is a massive understatement. Particular praise should go to Keely, the Wedding Planner who was magnificent. However there was many more staff that helped make our day so special. The bar staff, waiting staff, in fact everybody were a total credit to you. The bouncers made us feel special and were extremely professional with their dut
